- Ability to disable glowing effect
- Setting mining fatigue to 0 or less disables it

Added some more requested config options
Added configurable refresh timer for Trial Vaults, players will be able to open the same Vault again after the set time
Fix stupid bugs, add damage multiplier, other random stuff
