Implemented option to generate no structure

Now every newly joined player gets a Compass even if he is too late and the hunt already started.
Included worldedit for easier schematic placement.

Added:
- schematic support (treasure_room.schem)
- option to remove compass automatically
- option to adjust chest hight in schematic
Removed:
- chance value as it was buggy and you can use loottables instead
