Hot fix for 1.20.2 regarding the treasure blocks not re-generating after 10 hours

Nothing much in this update, just added the /treasurefindersupport (tfs) command, so you always know where to get support. Permissions in the overview section!
Added: When /pirate is used the plugin will give the player a luck potion, and GUI. Permissions will be in the overview section.
