Unfortunately, my experience with this plugin and its support was not positive.

A core feature behaved in a way that caused serious issues for our production server. During support, the author initially stated that the behavior “looked bugged” and admitted it had not been tested and didnt have time to do it neither. Due to the impact on a live environment, we spent significant time troubleshooting and ultimately had to replace the plugin with our own solution.

Later, after a refund request was made, the issue was reframed as “working as intended”, based on configuration nuances that were not clearly documented and were not practical for our use case. At that point, the damage was already done.

When requesting a refund, the support ticket was closed unilaterally, and the discussion escalated in an unprofessional way, including accusations related to opening a PayPal dispute.

Buyers running production servers should be aware of this.
