This is a plugin which kicks your players when the tps is lower than a certain treshold. it will start kicking the people with the lowest permissions first, and gradually go up until either every afk player is kicked or the tps is back to normal. More info is provided in the config file which will be generated when you install the plugin.

to install the plugin just drop the jar file in your plugins folder and you should be good to go!
