TownyWars 1.0.3 Release!
Towny has some problems with the economy. The new economy was announced with version 0.96.2.0, but in reality it does not work there. Use the latest possible version of Towny for the plugin to work successfully (the current version was successfully tested on version 0.96.2.13)

- Added admin command /twar fdeclare
- Added a new feature: selecting the type of end of the war in the configuration file
