TownyPurge is a special event where PvP is forcibly enabled in all towns.- Added /purge reload command to reload configuration and language settings instantly.
- Specific languages can now be disabled via the configuration file. (Could be useful when more languages are added in the future.)
- Bossbar styles can now be changed.
- Some bypasses have been added.
- Added small hints to config file
- Reorganized language files.
