This update brings a big improvement to what happens after a player gets eliminated. I’ve added smart functionality to make the elimination experience smoother, more interactive, and more player-friendly.

What’s new?
Eliminated players experience:

• Eliminated players are put into Adventure mode with full spectator-style freedom:
  
  • Ability to fly freely
    
    
  • Given invisibility so they’re not visible to active players
    
    
  • Active players can’t see the items held by eliminated players
    
• Upon elimination, players receive:
  
  • Join New Game item – right-click to instantly join the next available arena
    
    
  • Leave Game item – right-click to safely return to lobby or Bungee server
    

Both items are fully configurable in items.yml including material, name, lore, and slot.

✅ New Features:
Pet System

• When a player uses a spawn egg, the mob becomes their personal pet.
  
  
• The pet has a visible name above its head: Player's Pet.
  
  
• Pets will not target their owner.
  
  
• Pets automatically attack other players in the same arena.
  
  
• Metadata is used to track the owner.
  

Burn Protection

• Pets will not burn in daylight (for mobs like Zombies/Skeletons) if enabled in the config.
  

Custom Follow Range

• You can now configure how far pets can detect enemies with a custom follow_range value.

Technical Notes:

• Only affects mobs spawned using SPAWNER_EGG.
  
  
• Works with any Mob type that supports targeting.
  
  
• Highly optimized and lightweight.
  

The plugin now checks for new versions on GitHub and notifies admins with the towers.admin permission when a newer version is available.

Voting GUI is now Fully Customizable!
You can now configure everything in plugins/TowersOfDestiny/votegui.yml.
Change title, size, and items.
Modify item names, lore, slots, and materials.
The selected mode will now display an enchant effect if enabled!
