This plugin is a chat utility that provides commands for toggling private messaging between two players with the following commands:

Toggle Message Command
Description: This command toggles private conversations with the specified player on/off. One player selected at a time.

• /togglemessage <player>
• Aliases:
• /togglemsg
• /msgtoggle
• /togglew (w for whisper)
• /wtoggle
• /tgmsg

Public Chat Command
Description: This command sends your message to the public chat no matter if you've toggled a private conversation with a player on.

• /publicchat <message>
• Aliases:
• /pchat
• /pc
