TizeResourcePack is a plugin that forces users to accept your resource pack. You can configure all messages within the plugin.
This plugin is also needed in version 1.16.5 & Java 16!

Can't download resource pack when joining?
use command /pack to download resource pack manually!
NOTE!
This plugin can only use urls if you want to download texture packs on the server!
Config.yml
in config.yml you can change anything in config.yml!
and in config.yml there is a message feature when you successfully download texture packs
