Enable been able to add fly time directly to a player! (Essentially Temp Fly)

Fixed PlaceholderAPI support and placeholder support!

PlaceholderAPI full support fixed! Automatic integration so nothing else is needed to be done, once you load TimedFlyX. PlaceholderAPI will automatically detect this and now allow the use of placeholders:

Added new /flyshop and fixed PVP listener

Fixed PVP listener so PVP detection will work correctly
Fixed so when the server is reloaded, fly times are reloaded from database
Added new /flyshop which allows players to buy fly time using in-game money! You can add more to the end of the config to add more items and allow more rows if you do!
