This release fixes an issue when trying to read configuration properties that aren't present in the config file.

This update includes significant (and breaking) changes, so if there are actually people using this plugin, you probably need to update your config

I don't plan any more breaking changes in the foreseeable future, I hope the extra configurability is worth it this time.

• allows to configure durations for sunset/sunrise in addition to day/night
• made plugin work in 1.13 and 1.14, also tested 1.15

I also manually tested the plugin in 1.19, 1.18, 1.17 and 1.16 and couldn't find any issues in these versions.
I did also test 1.15, but while the "time control" works, night skipping doesn't work properly because the Spigot API returns different values for the player sleeping state than in later versions. That's why I set the plugin's API version (the min version it'll run with) to 1.16.
