Compatibility fixes, bug fixes, tree detection, and silk touch/fortune improvements

+ Updated Lands compatibility to use new API
+ Command responses are now configurable
+ Added vertical to horizontal log ratio settings (default minimum 50%)
+ Added minimum and maximum tree height ratio settings
* Hopefully fixed fortune/silk touch once and for all
- Removed default value for max-trunks
