Added ItemsAddrer Support

Now you can use the IA huds

So the dependency I added requires to be used with sync tasks and that would significantly slow down the game so I replaced it with the paper API.

What's fixed:

• You could have hydration lower than 0 or higher than 20 on redis.
  
• Redis storage creates records automaticly now.

What's new:

• Added a plugin update checker,

Added support for version 1.16.5 (might not work with previous versions, use version 0.2 for that, they are not that different)
Added support for redis as storage.

Replaced the boss bar with an action bar message. Added Polish localisation. The plugin works completly now.

Patching some plugin breaking errors that I did not see during unit-testing.
