New stuff:

- Functional iris with animation (new default in config)
- New button in DHD to activate the iris
- Option to kill players when iris is active (config setting)
- New button in gate edit gui to edit iris (fire charge)
- Iris configuration UI
- New item "IDC Transmitter" for opening the iris remotely (new default in config)
- Database sync command now usable form ingame
- Database tables are now able to be renamed (config setting)
- New sorting/ filtering in Abydos/ Quickdial UI

Note:
There are new lines of text in the text config. It is advised to let the plugin create
a new text config (if you made changes to your text config, you might want to save it somewhere first)
same goes for the normal config.

The plugin is supposed to update the databse but as alwayse you should make a backup first.

New Permissions:

- thegate.user.viewgatename -> allows players to see the holograms above the gate, if active
- thegate.user.idctransmitter -> gives players access to the IDC transmitter
- thegate.owner.useiris -> allows owners or coowners of a gate to activate the iris
- thegate.owner.editidccode -> allows owners or coowners to edit the iris code
- thegate.owner.editirismaterial -> allows owners or coowners to edit the iris material
- thegate.admin.ignoreiris -> allows admins to by passe the iris and teleport anyway
- thegate.admin.useiris -> gives admins access to the iris of all gates
- thegate.admin.editidccode -> gives admins access to edit the iris code
- thegate.admin.editirismaterial -> gives admins access to edit the iris material
- thegate.admin.syncdatabase -> allowes admins to sync the plugin with the database from ingame

Note:
All permissions can be found at the top fo the config.

Performance:

- Improvements to save function, not all gates are saved now only gates that have changed are saved

Bugfixes:

- Error fixed for SQLite in coowner table
