This little update provides a bug fix that removing every single effect from player when you reset player's sanity back to normal.

The resource updated to 1.17+.

Some small optimizations have been made

Fixed the permission of /bar command.

Fixed the issue with colors in chat in certain messages.

Added back the removed command alias.

Overdose message was broken,
Suggested to add emptyMaterial title:

* NPC: removed
* Placeholders: removed

Added colors preview to potions and rewrote all plugin
to compatible 1.8 - 1.16.2!
