Fixed issue where the terminators did not take any damage from any source.

Thanks to Daxanius for contributing the code for this update. Likely will be the final update unless something else comes up.

This update adds in:
Summoners, which spawn terminators periodically at a set location.
The ability to make terminators ignore specific players.

Terminators no longer target players in creative. Or any invulnerable players.

Decreased range by half a block

Plugin now targets only 1.18 due to Citizens being a little weird with their API updates.

Fixes teleportation and bots suddenly getting speedhacks

Improved some more AI things. They should basically always come back to you. Before there was a chance that you could outrun them and they would go away but now, not so much. (Atleast hopefully)

Add in terminator loadout and improve AI decision making times.
