Commands:
- /telefee <player>
Sends a teleportation request to a player, requires telefee.command
Can also use /tpf <player>
- /tpaccept
Accepts the most recent request, requires telefee.accept
Can also use /tpa

config.yml:
- cost: 1 (default)
The cost of teleporting in levels. Can be a decimal (for example, 0.5 for half of the XP bar of their current level)
- expiration: 30 (default)
How long before a request is cancelled in seconds
