BKC/TC 1.17 compatibility update, fixes
Adds support for BKCommonLib/Traincarts 1.17, thus adding Minecraft 1.17 support. Other changes/fixes:
  • Add rename button to animation menu
  • Fix clicking the air not de-selecting properly
  • Fix NPE in CoasterRailType
  • Add support for Plotsquared v6
