Plugin Features:
- Yellow and Red Card System:
- Players with the appropriate permissions can issue yellow and red cards to other players.
- Yellow cards are represented by a yellow banner, and red cards are represented by a red banner.
- Command for Giving Cards:
- Command /tarjeta give <amarilla|roja> allows authorized players to receive a yellow or red card in their inventory.
- Usage: /tarjeta give yellow or /tarjeta give red.
- Permission required: tarjetasmaiz.give.
- Player Interaction:
- Players can use the yellow or red cards on other players by right-clicking.
- Only players with the tarjetasmaiz.execute permission can use the cards on others.
- Cooldown Management:
- Cooldowns are enforced to prevent spamming the use of cards.
- Separate cooldown periods for yellow and red cards can be configured.
- Default cooldown for yellow card: 3 seconds.
- Default cooldown for red card: 3 seconds.

- Broadcast messages notify all players about the issuance of yellow or red cards.

- Maximum number of yellow cards before expulsion.
- Cooldown periods for both yellow and red cards.
