Make and give talismans that gives potion effects to players.

Its good but the one issue I'm having is that when i place or eat the talisman, the effects become perminant and don't wear off.

Really good plugin, recommand it to anybody who makes pvp or smp servers. Receiving effects has so much potential, creator is amazing im the one who proposed him the idea and he made it in 1sec.
