Fixed some simple issues and added page buttons!

Fixed "null" tag when tag during tag reset.
Tags reload no longer resets database.yml.

Database.yml now auto creates and saves rather than not creating and deleting itself.
Changed the java version from version 8 to version 11 to support Minecraft version 1.17.

- Fixed the connection error message.
- Added tab completions for the commands.
- Fixed the version number.
- Modified the help command.

Tags now display No permission! if you don't have permission for that tag. Instead of outputting an SQLException, a failed connection alerts the console that there is a connection error!
