Update to Spigot 1.16
Allow creative players to play a game of tag. More updates to follow!
-Fixed Bug where tag assumed all pvp was tagging, even when players weren't in a game
Sorry for the issues on the first one. Uploaded an indev version and lost my progress. Had to recode a lil. Enjoy Tag!
