• Fixes an issue when plugins use sysout before they are loaded.
• Disables plugin's System.out and System.err rerouting when Paper's implementation is found.

If you're on paper 1.17.1 or later, most of this plugin is already included in the server for you.

Fixes an issue causing the plugin to crash when non-plugins use sysout

Previous version was fetching the wrong class when trying to redirect the output.

- Now supports java versions 7 8 and up.
- Now catches System.err as well as System.out

Reuses the StackWalker instance rather than creating a new one each message.
