This command is like /difficulty, but you have more control on it. This plugin was made for people that wanted to make a public /difficulty command, but not letting them, for example, change the difficulty to peaceful. This means that with the config file, you can edit the "allowed" changeable difficulties.

- Add a permission per difficulty.

- switch-difficulty.reload: Allows /switch-difficulty reload.
