New content:

• Removed kits and shop commands
  
• Massive Code clean up
  
• Fixed the top signs updater, it would give errors if you are using mysql and having 1 type of top signs
  
• Arenas name will no longer save in lowercase
  
• Removed the SafeArenaCreation, you can no longer disable it (To avoid server crashes, then blaming me)
  
• PotionEffects should now work even if the kitname is not lowercase
  
• You can now dye armor in hotbar and almost every where, not only equiped ones

Code changed alot, just go back to the previous version if you encounter any issues
If you have any arena that contains an upper case letter, please reset the top/join signs in signs.yml and recreate them ingame
