Fixed an issue with version detection causing it to always load latest version support no matter what version you ran the plugin on

This update adds 1.21.5 support, sorry it took a while,, this update presented some technical challenges due to leashing changes in base game
I've tested the functionality on 1.21.5 but there could be bugs specific to that version so please report them on the discord, in discussions or in dm to me if you find any

Fixed a compilation issue that caused plugin to not work on spigot 1.21

for anyone on paper it should have worked anyway but now it works for spigot users too!

You'll need to assign permissions using your chosen permissions handler since they're all false by default now
