Now spectator can open a GUI and teleports to a player who play the game
[+] Checkpoints
Now you can set checkpoints on your map for team red set a redstone block and for team blue a lapis block. You can set unlimited checkpoints

I have fixed when the plugin starts the first time then the mysql-datas will be displayed in the config.yml and now the spectators can fly and has the right gamemode when you using Multiverse-Core.
