Fixed a silly mistake in the /chatroom leave command.

Bungee Cord support was sucessfully added. Do NOT use bungee and spigot version at the same time!

Players can now disable the general chat with /chatroom general show/hide

You can now set the chat format to match any other plugins in config.yml!

Chatroom chat is now colored in green (suggested by Señor Oreo)

Added support for Nukkit, no visible updates for Spigot
