Overview
SunRtp is a random teleportation plugin designed for Minecraft servers running version 1.16.5. It allows players to teleport to random locations within a specified world and coordinates, with customizable settings and cooldown management to ensure server performance.

Features

• Random Teleportation: Teleports players to random locations within defined coordinate boundaries.
• Configurable Settings: Allows customization of the teleportation world, coordinate boundaries, teleport messages, and cooldown duration via config.yml.
• Cooldown Management: Implements a cooldown period between teleportation commands to prevent abuse and maintain server performance.
• Permissions: Supports permissions to control access to teleportation and configuration reloading commands.

Commands
/rtp

• Description: Teleports the player to a random location within the configured world and coordinates.
• Usage: /rtp
• Permission: sunrtp.teleport
• Notes: Players without the required permission will receive an error message.

/rtp reload

• Description: Reloads the plugin's configuration from the config.yml file.
• Usage: /rtp reload
• Permission: sunrtp.reload
• Notes: Players without the required permission will receive an error message.

Permissions

• sunrtp.teleport: Grants access to the /rtp command.
• sunrtp.reload: Grants access to the /rtp reload command.
