What is Subsidy?
Please Let Me for Say an Example from a Story from My Country:

In My Country, peoples didn't have enough money for life or living (yes you can say them poor) and if register for getting subsidy can get helping from Government like money or meet or anything that Government was set for them.

so, in my plugin like my story you can give money or item every time that you set in customs for only new players or noob players when player is playing on your server (But you can set this option in customs that this option is for all not only new or noob players) or you can give money for one time or every time that you used command /sb or /sball!

SO, I THINK THIS PLUGIN IS BEST FOR ROLEPLAY SERVER OR ANY SERVER THAT WANT TO HELP NOOB OR NEW PLAYERS!

Commands:
/sb -> for players if they want get subsidy when is playing
/sball -> send subsidy for all players
/sbhelp -> you can get spigot link of this plugin for get new update or getting help for config or anything
( this command needs SRVCRON plugin )
/time sball
( i don't know the commands of srvcron but if you want use command for executing every time /sball you can use SRVCRON plugin)

Permissions :
subsidy.use - > for getting subsidy
subsidyall.use - > for send subsidy for all players
( i didn't create permission so you need to create permission for player if they want get subsidy or admins that they want send subsidy for all players )

requirements :
- this plugin writted in java 16 and tested in java 16 and higher
- this plugin needs SRVCRON and EssentialsX plugin
- this plugin needs be config at first time
