Structure Void Viewer -----
Adds a particle to nearby Structure void blocks when holding the structure void item.- The plugin will now work on all versions from 1.16 to 1.19.3
- The plugin's native version is now 1.19

- This version also adds the ability to hold the structure void in your off hand so you can keep building whilst viewing structure voids!
- Structure Void block detection now happens every second instead of every quarter second.
- Particles now spawn every 2 ticks instead of every 5 ticks to make it clearer.
- When changing item slot if the next slot contains a Structure Void it will no longer start increasing the particle spawns.
