Don't want players to break blocks? Use this plugin!

The plugin can be adjusted via a config file and be enabled and disabled via commands in-game and the config file. It also features a message that will be sent when trying to break a block. You can also isolate players from this plugin via permissions. You can find everything on the documentation page.
