This is a very simple plugin that will announce upcoming server restart and server stop!
To use this plugin, simply put it in your server's plugins folder, and send the / stopcount or / restartcount command, and the server will stop or restart respectively after 30 seconds!
In the future, the plugin will be expanded upon, allowing server admins to tweak the delays and customize the messages!
