Hotifx to implement the mangers into the placeholderAPI code

- Added the /statuses command to list all the available statuses
- Reloading the playerstatusconfig when reloading the plugin

Minor internal changes

The new update brings generaly more code updates.

Following feature updates are newly implemented:
- new reload command (/reloadstatus)
- tab completion filters the list now
- the plugin provides PlaceholderAPI placeholders (no string support yet)

Use the status.setother permission to allow player to set other players statuses.

Also include the LuckPerms prefix from a user in the Tablist, the Join and Leave message and also the Chat format.

Add bstats support

Removed a print statement
Cleaned up code

Now the user gets the default status defined in the config.yml.
