Added a Chat Lockdown command

Added /clearchat to Staffy!

Added a startup message when the plugin is initatied.

Originally, if Discord is not linked to Staffy, the support link would show as "null". Now, it will show as "Discord Server not Linked."

Previously, messages to staff members when a player was frozen would not work.

JDA Error Fixed

Previously, the JDA dependency had to be removed due to the size increase. Now with a instant download link, it has been re-added.
