IMPORTANT:
This plugin will only work on 1.8 versions at it's current state, though I plan to expand it so it supports all versions up to 1.18, if people like it.

The plugin includes:
- Staffmode
- a /report command
- a /vanish command
- Sounds on everything
- Actionbar message while being in vanish and staffmode. (staffmode overrides the vanish)

Commands :
- /Staffmode (aliases: /sm, st, stafftools)
This command will get you in and out of staffmode.
- /report (*player) (reason)
This command will report the specified player and send a message to all staffs that has a specific permission to see reports (see Permissions). If there's no specified reason, it'll send a clickable message with common used reasons (which are customizable), that you can report people with. There's also a 5 minute cooldown when reporting.
- /vanish (aliases: /v)
This command will put a player into vanish.

Default permissions (customizable from config):
- /Staffmod command - staffmode.use
- /vanish command - linked to the staffmode command
