Updated the inventory viewer gui. Will be adding features inside this. (When i think of ideas)

I have added an online staff gui that displays staff online.

Added glowing feature for when a player is in staff mode

PlayerTeleport breaking -

With updating to 1.19, the player teleport no longer works and was timing servers out. Till I have time to optimize and fix it i have replaced it for "A better view"

Added toggleable vanish itemstack.

Toggles from lime dye to grey dye dependant on vanished.

Updated to 1.19 and added inventory viewer gui which displays ping and health.

Reset config to see new freeze message option + added inventory see command with staffmode item.
