Tested and updated the plugin to 1.19.4 and java 17.

• Added an alias of /scwho as /sclist to list the current staff members if you have the proper permission
• Fixed typos in config

- Added the /scwho command to show what staff are online (players with the staff.chat permission)
- Fixed plugin breaking bug where the config class was not reloaded on plugin startup.
- Updated static ConfigCache class so that it stores the set configuration values rather than reading the config file for information such as prefixes, use join messages, colors etc. (improve performance basically)

Example of /scwho:

Removed string instances of the "staff.chat" permission and erroneous "staffchat.chat" permission and replaced them with final variables in the Config class.

Error was not detected until now due to testing the commands as an operator
