Installation Instructions:

1. Place the StaffChatPlus.jar file into your server’s plugins folder.

4. Configure staff permissions as needed (staffchat.use, staffchat.spy, etc.).
   
   
5. Restart or reload your server. Staff members can now use /staffchat or /sctoggle.
