Staff Summoner
If a player needs help he/she can send a teleport request to one of the available staffers thought a GUI, then the staffer can choose to accept or deny the request.
If the staffer accepts the teleport request he/she will be teleported to the player with a special effect.

Features:
- A player can send a teleport request to an online staffer through a GUI.
- A staffer can accept the teleport request with a special effect or deny it.
Commands:
- /ss | Open the available staffers GUI
- /ss accept | Accept the teleport request
- /ss deny [reason] | Deny the teleport request
- /ss help | List of commands
- /ss reload | Reload the config
Permissions:
- ss.admin | Players with this perm will be able to reload the config.
- ss.use | Players with this perm will be able to use the plugin.
- ss.staffer | Players with this perm will be set as a staffer.
