With these craftscripts you can generate different spirals and DNA helixes.
There are 3 types of spirals: normal, conical, spherical, 4 type of DNA helixes: normal and tape shaped spirals and the same two type but more realistic and a staircase generator.

Usage:
Normal spiral generator:

/cs spiral (block) [radius] [spiral] [cHeight] [count] [direction] [thread] [thickness]
or
/spiral.js (block) [radius] [spiral] [cHeight] [count] [direction] [thread] [thickness]

radius - Spiral radius size (1+)
spiral - Number of spirals it will build with rotation (1+)
cHeight - Amount of coil height (0+)
count - Number of coil segments generated(1+)
direction - Alignment: east - e; west - w; south - s; north - n; up - u; down - d
thread - Direction of the thread: left - l; right - r
thickness - Thickness of the spiral (1+)

Conical spiral generator:


/cs spiralc (block) [gap] [spiral] [cHeight] [count] [direction] [thread] [thickness]
or
/spiralc.js (block) [gap] [spiral] [cHeight] [count] [direction] [thread] [thickness]

gap - Gap in radial sections (0+, can be a fraction)
spiral - Number of spirals it will build with rotation (1+)
cHeight - Amount of coil height (0+)
count - Number of coil segments generated (1+)
direction - Alignment: east - e; west - w; south - s; north - n; up - u; down - d
thread - Direction of the thread: left - l; right - r
thickness - Thickness of the spiral (1+)

Spherical spiral generator:

block1 - Blocktype of the spirals
block2 - Blocktype of the inner part
radius - DNA radius size (1+)
cHeight - Amount of coil height (0+)
count - Number of coil segments generated(1+)
direction - Alignment: east - e; west - w; south - s; north - n; up - u; down - d
thread - Direction of the thread: left - l; right - r
thickness1 - Thickness of the spiral (1+)
thickness2 - Thickness of the inner part (1+)

Staircase generator:
