Fixed the wither hit since it was just completely broken lol

It gave the damager the wither effect, changed it to damaged

Wither Hit gives the damaged player a wither effect for x amount of seconds once the player was hit

Ice Aspect freezes a player in place and can only be enchanted on a sword, the time and cool down are configurable.

Color code update:
Green - Common
Dark Green - Uncommon
Purple - Epic
Gold - Legendary

Ancient Debris update:
I made it to where you don't have to have Telepathy enchant for a Netherite Scrap when you break ancient debris.

Ancient Debris was added to Auto Smelt and levels required for custom enchants is now configurable

Before, XP would be removed regardless of whether the enchantment went through or not, now it is fixed.
