Im rating this plugin 1 (terrible) due to the fact that it really doesn't work.

1) The random location chosen by the plugin for teleportation, doesn't account for world height.
The player either teleports into the ground (and suffocates) or teleports into the air and falls do their demise.

2) Two of the messages in the plugin are hardcoded (not configurable), 1 of which is English and one of which is Russian.
This seems odd. Im going to assume this is copy/pasted code?
Or maybe followed some YT tutorial?

3) The command has no permission.

4) The command only works in the world in the config.
Therefor you cannot use this command in multiple worlds.

5) The command has no option to teleport another player, only yourself.

6) The command cannot be used in console (to TP other players)

SUMMARY:
It just doesn't work, your players will just die.
