Spectate Plugin 1.0.0.2

Information:
This plugin is made to spectate people, for now, this can only be used for operators. In later versions, I will make a permissions.yml file. Since this is my first plugin, I still have to experiment with it.
Dependencies:
• A server running Spigot 1.8 - 1.8.8 and Java 8
Commands:
• /spectate <player> - Sets you in gamemode spectator and teleports you to the target you specify.
• /unspectate - Teleports you back, and sets you to your gamemode you were in previously.
