+ Migrated old config/locale system to new one. Locale & Config backups are recommended, while nothing might need changing with the exception of a couple conditional locale translations its better to have a backup.
+ Stop the creation of shop items until at least 1 level for each upgrade type is created
+ Fixed location serialization bug
+ Added the ability to merge / split spawners (say a spawner is at level 5 for all the upgrades, you can say take 2 levels from each and have it make it's own spawner item), same goes for merging, it merges as much as possible until the max level.
