Added anonymous server statistics through bStats.

If you'd like to disable metrics collection through bStats, you can edit the plugins/bStats/config.yml file.

New Command:
spawnon:
usage: /<command> <target player> <type of mob> <amount> <spawn entities where target is looking>
description: Spawns a certain amount of a certain entity on a certain player

Small improvements:
Command sender is now sent a message after their command is executed
Entities no longer spawn in the ground
