Changelog:
- Rotary saw can no longer duplicate ores when on 0 charge
- Space no longer needs the latest Interface4 version, since Interface4 auto updating is now toggle-able
- Space machines should now no longer load inactive chunks or worlds
- Unplacable space items can now no longer be placed when held in off-hand
- Machines and other placable blocks will now no longer break when placed in off-hand
- Bungee mode rockets will now return the rocket item rather than deleting it
- Server will now no longer crash running legacy versions with the world generator in rare circumstances
