Fixed an issue where having multiple blacklisted mobs would render blacklist ineffective

Added "enable-blacklist" function that allows to blacklist specific mobs from being despawn-protected by the plugin. You can turn off blacklist or edit which mobs are excluded from despawn protection in plugin's config.yml file
