Now when you harvest something a swing animation will run!

No more boring telekinetic harvesting

I recoded all the break events, now i use separate negated if instead of nested if (see github)

Added a fully configurable particle when the user harvest a crop:

Minimized the jar, from 250KB~ to 35KB~

Added permission to harvest: "smartharvest.harvest"

Added two config files, "config.yml" and "lang.yml"

Added a gamemode check.
The plugin now check the player's gamemode and then do the SmartHarvest thing.
Now players in spectator mode can't harvest crops
